Bacon Jalapeño Popper Cheese Balls

Ingredients:
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup minced fresh chives
• 1 cup jalapeños, deseeded and diced
• 2 cups finely crumbled bacon
• 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, minced chives, diced jalapeños, 1/2 cup of crumbled bacon, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is fluffy and well combined. Set aside.
2. Spread the remaining 1 cup of crumbled bacon onto a shallow plate. Using a cookie scoop, portion out one ball of the cheese mixture and roll it in the crumbled bacon until coated. Repeat this process until all of the cheese mixture has been formed into balls and coated with bacon.
3. Place the bacon jalapeño popper cheese balls on a serving platter or tray and refrigerate until ready to serve.
4. Serve the cheese balls chilled and enjoy this delicious appetizer!
