Busy Day Soup

**Ingredients:**

– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 packet onion soup mix
– 1 3/4 cup mixed frozen vegetables
– 5 cups water
– 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
– 1 cup macaroni, uncooked

**Instructions:**

1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.

2. Add the onion soup mix and stir well to combine with the beef.

3. Pour in the mixed frozen vegetables, diced tomatoes (including the liquid from the can), and water.

4. Bring the soup to a boil over medium-high heat.

5. Once boiling, add the uncooked macaroni to the pot.

6. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let the soup simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the macaroni is cooked through and tender.

7. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
