Caramel Fudge Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 packages (24 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup fudge sauce
  • Whipped cream and additional caramel and fudge sauce for topping

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Drizzle half of the caramel and fudge sauces over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture and sauces.
  8. Use a knife to swirl the caramel and fudge sauces into the cream cheese mixture for a marbled effect.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  10. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Once chilled, remove from the springform pan and decorate with whipped cream, caramel, and fudge sauce.
