Ingredients:
– 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 cups finely crushed graham crackers
– 2 large eggs, beaten
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 cup milk
– 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
– Oil for frying
– Powdered sugar for dusting

1. **Prepare Cheesecake Mixture**:
– In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
 
2. **Shape and Freeze**:
– Shape the mixture into small 1-inch diameter balls.
– Roll the balls in crushed graham crackers to coat.
– Place coated cheesecake balls in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
 
3. **Set Up Dredging Station**:
– Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with milk, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
 
4. **Bread the Cheesecake Balls**:
– Take frozen cheesecake balls and roll each in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
– Return breaded balls to the freezer for at least 1 hour.
 
5. **Fry**:
– Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
