Ingredients:
– 20 Jumbo Marshmallows
– 1 cup Pancake Mix
– 1 Large Egg
– 3/4 cup Milk
– Vegetable Oil for deep frying (approximately 2 to 3 cups, depending on pot size)
– Whipped Cream (optional, for serving)
– Chocolate Syrup (optional, for serving)
– Sprinkles (optional, for serving)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oil: Heat about 3 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Prepare the Batter: In a bowl, mix the pancake mix, egg, milk, and a bit of oil until smooth.
3. Coat Marshmallows: Dip each marshmallow into the batter, ensuring it’s evenly coated, then gently shake off any excess.
4. Fry Marshmallows: Place the coated marshmallows in the hot oil. Fry for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
5. Drain and Serve: Remove the marshmallows with a slotted spoon, drain on paper towels, and top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and sprinkles while still warm.
