Fluffy and Easy Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

– 1 cup milk

– 3 eggs

– 1 cup vegetable oil

– 2 cups sugar

– 3 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 tablespoon baking powder

– A pinch of salt

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. In a blender, combine the eggs, sugar, oil, and milk. Blend until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  3. Add the flour and salt to the blender and blend until the batter is smooth and well combined.
  4. Quickly add the baking powder to the mixture and blend briefly to incorporate.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
