Ingredients:
- 8 chicken wings
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup plain flour
- 3 cups oil
Method:
- Wash chicken wings and lightly pat them dry. Place them in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle liberally with garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, and seasoned salt.
- In a second bowl, place a liberal amount of flour. Season the flour with salt and pepper, then coat each chicken wing piece.
- Place the chicken on a tray for 30-45 minutes.
- Deep-fry the chicken wings for 10-15 minutes or until they turn golden.

- The specific amounts for seasonings are not set, as it’s recommended to add them to your taste.
- Optionally, you can microwave the chicken wings in groups of 8-10 on high for 5 minutes. This will help shorten the deep-frying time.
