Ingredients:
– 2 packages of sausage or kielbasa, sliced
– 2 cups brown lentils
– 1 bag of baby carrots
– 3-4 stalks of celery, diced
– 1 diced onion
– 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes
– 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a freezer bag.
2. Place the bag contents into a crockpot.
3. Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours until flavors meld together and lentils are tender.
4. Serve this hearty and flavorful soup with bread or rolls for a satisfying meal.
