Directions:
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, sugar, chili powder, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder according to your taste preferences.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the macaroni and cheese according to the instructions on the box, or boil noodles separately and melt your preferred cheese into them.
