   Instructions:

1. Prepare Shortbread:
– Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
– Combine the ingredients for the shortbread in a medium bowl, using a fork to incorporate the softened butter. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper, leaving flaps on two sides for easy lifting later. Spread the shortbread mixture evenly into the prepared pan, pressing it firmly. 4. Cut and Coat Bars:
– Remove the pan from the freezer, lift the parchment out onto a cutting board (use a paring knife if needed to prevent sticking), and cut it into 4 equal sections. Then, cut each section into 5 thin bars, resembling Twix bars.
– Dip each bar into the melted chocolate using a fork to coat the bottom and drizzle the top. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Freeze until the chocolate sets.
