Ingredients:
**For the Crust:**

– ½ cup packed brown sugar
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 3 large eggs
– ¼ cup light corn syrup
– ¼ cup heavy cream
– 1½ cups pecans, roughly chopped
 
#### Instructions:
 
1. **Preheat and Prepare Pan:**
– Preheat your oven to 300°F (149°C).
– Spray the inside of a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
 
2. **Make the Crust:**
– In a food processor, pulse together graham crackers, pecans, sugar, and salt until coarse crumbs form.
– Add melted butter and pulse until combined.
– Press the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan and set aside.

5. **Bake Again:**
– Return to the oven and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes, or until the topping is set and golden brown.

– Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
