Ingredients:
- 9 squares of Almond bark (comes in a 12-square count)
- 1 bag Puffcorn, 9 oz
- Christmas sprinkles
Instructions:
- Pour the puffcorn into a large bowl.
- Break up the almond bark squares and place them in a bowl, preferably a large measuring cup. Microwave the almond bark at 30-second increments, stirring after each interval, until fully melted.
- Lay down a large piece of parchment paper next to you and have a spatula ready.
- Pour half of the melted almond bark on top of the puffcorn. Stir with the spatula, ensuring that all the puffcorn is well coated. Add the remaining melted almond bark and continue stirring.
- Spread the coated puffcorn evenly over the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle Christmas sprinkles on top of the coated puffcorn for a festive touch.
- Allow the puffcorn to harden for about 1-2 hours.
- Once hardened, break the puffcorn into clusters.
- Package the Christmas Puffcorn in individual baggies for easy serving or simply enjoy this delightful and festive treat!
