Ingredients:
– 1.5 lbs beef (flank steak or sirloin), thinly sliced
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1/2 cup soy sauce
– 1/3 cup brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons water
– 4 cups broccoli florets

Instructions:
1. In the crockpot, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic until well combined.
2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the crockpot and toss to coat in the sauce.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours, or until the beef is tender.
4. In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
5. Stir the cornstarch slurry into the crockpot and add the broccoli florets. Stir to combine.
6. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour on HIGH, or until the sauce has thickened slightly and the broccoli is tender.
