Smoky Ranch Cheeseburgers

Ingredients:
– 1½ pounds ground chuck
– 3 tablespoons sour cream
– 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
– ⅓ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Gently mix until just blended, being careful not to overwork the mixture.
2. Shape the mixture into four equal-sized hamburger patties, each about ¾ inch thick.
3. Allow the patties to rest at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking to allow the flavors to meld and the patties to hold their shape on the grill.
4. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the patties, flipping them only once during cooking, until they reach your desired level of doneness. Aim for an internal temperature of 145°F for medium-rare or 160°F for well-done.
5. Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 7 minutes | Total Time: 17 minutes
