Stuffed Cheese Shells Recipe

Ingredients:
– Jumbo pasta shells (boiled)
– Spaghetti sauce
– 15 oz ricotta cheese
– 8 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 egg
– 1 tbsp parsley
– 1 tbsp basil
– 1 tsp oregano
– Salt, to taste
– Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
– 3 garlic cloves, pressed
 
#### Directions:
1. **Prepare Shells:**
– Boil the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
 
2. **Prepare Cheese Mixture:**
– In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, and pressed garlic cloves. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
 
3. **Stuff Shells:**
– Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
– Spread a layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
