Ingredients:

- 5 large sweet potatoes
- 100 grams grated cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Minced Meat Filling:
- 500 grams minced meat
- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion
- 1 hot pepper
- 2 green peppers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 cup water
- 2-3 sprigs of mint
For Bechamel Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup milk (300 ml)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Peel and grate the sweet potatoes. Squeeze out the grated potato juice and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Add cheddar cheese, eggs, black pepper, salt, and hot pepper to the grated potatoes. Mix well.
- Press the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius until the top and bottom turn light brown.
- For the minced meat filling, fry minced meat in a pan until cooked. Add onions and peppers and continue frying.
- Add spices and tomato paste to the meat. Mix well. Pour in hot water, and when it dries up, remove it from the heat.
