– 8 cups low-sodium beef or chicken broth
– 2 cans diced tomatoes
– 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1/2 tsp dried thyme
– 1 lb red or yellow potatoes, chopped
– 1 1/2 cups chopped green beans
– One 1/2 cups frozen corn
– 1 cup frozen peas
– 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
