AIR FRYER HOMEMADE PIEROGI

Here, we’re going to show you how to make your very own pierogi from scratch! So gather up your ingredients, and let’s get started.
Ingredients– all-purpose flour – butter – egg – potato
For the dough:In a small saucepan, melt butter with 1/2 cup of water over medium heat.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Slowly pour melted butter mixture into flour, stirring to form a shaggy mixture. Stir in egg and mix until combined.
Move dough onto floured work surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth dough forms. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rest for 30 minutes.
Put cubes of potato and 1 tsp of salt into a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 25 minutes, until potatoes are tender.For the filling:
