Baked Honey Buffalo Meatballs Recipe

  Ingredients:

– 1 lb ground beef
– 1/4 cup bread crumbs
– 1 large egg
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
– 1/3 cup honey
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

   Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake the meatballs for 20 to 25 minutes until they’re fully cooked and display a golden brown hue.
5. While the meatballs bake, prepare the sauce. Whisk together the buffalo sauce, honey, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
6. Once the meatballs are done baking, transfer them to a mixing bowl.
7. Pour the buffalo honey sauce over the meatballs, gently tossing until they’re evenly coated.
8. Return the coated meatballs to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to bubble and slightly thicken.
9. Remove from the oven, let them cool for a couple of minutes, and then transfer the meatballs to a serving dish.
10. Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
11. Serve your Baked Honey Buffalo Meatballs while they’re hot, relishing the tantalizing blend of flavors they offer!
