Chicken pot pie bake!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (3 cups of veggies)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 cans Pillsbury biscuits (5 count)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease a baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, Cream of Chicken soup, frozen vegetables, and shredded cheese. Spread the mixture evenly in the greased pan.
  4. Cut the Pillsbury biscuits into quarters. Toss them in the melted butter and spread them evenly on top of the mixture in the pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until the top of the biscuits is crispy and the mixture is bubbling.
