Homemade Mexican Pizza

1- 1 pound ground beef
2- 1 packet of taco seasoning
3- 3/4 cup water
4- 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
5- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
6- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
7- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
8- 8 flour tortillas, taco size
9- 1 Tbls vegetable oil

Kitchen Equipment Needed:

  • Baking sheet or pizza stone
  • Rolling pin
  • Mixing bowls
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Chef’s knife
  • Cutting board

Recipe Directions:

1- Brown ground beef in a large skillet and add taco seasoning and water.
2- Cook tortillas until crisp and top with beans, meat, enchilada sauce, tomatoes, and cheese.
3- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is hot.
4- Slice and serve!
