Rotel Dip

Whether enjoyed as a snack during a movie night or as an appetizer at a party, Rotel Dip is known for its addictive taste and the perfect balance of heat and cheesiness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 16 ounces Velveeta
  • 10.5 ounces Ro*Tel

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
  3. When the beef is cooked through, drain the grease.
  4. Add the taco seasoning and ΒΌ cup of water to the beef and stir to combine.
  5. Cut the Velveeta into cubes and add to the skillet with the beef.
  6. Add the Ro*Tel (do not drain) to the skillet and stir to combine.
  7. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese has melted.
  8. Serve immediately or transfer to a slow cooker to keep warm.
