– ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
– 1-½ cups mini chocolate chips

For the Ganache:
– 1-¼ cups dark chocolate morsels
– ¼ cup heavy cream

  Instructions:

1. Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper to easily remove the bars later.

2. For the cookie dough filling, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar. Add the vanilla and stir until combined.

3. Alternate adding sweetened condensed milk and flour, stirring until well combined. Mix in the mini chocolate chips.

4. Press the cookie dough mixture evenly into the lined pan. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

5. For the Ganache, combine the heavy cream and dark chocolate morsels in a small bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted. Whisk until smooth.

6. Pour the ganache over the chilled cookie dough filling. Use a spatula to spread it evenly. Return to the refrigerator and cool for another 1-2 hours.

7. Remove the bars from the pan by lifting them out using the parchment paper. Cut into bars using a long sharp knife. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
